Eagle Marinade Salt

Eagle Marinade salt is a special product for seasoning of meat like fish, poultry, mutton and beef. It is a HALAL product containing some flavoring and preservative ingredients. Eagle Marinade Salt increases the yield of meat and its water holding capacity (WHC). It also combat the growth of Listeria Monocytogenses. Eagle Marinade Salt inhabit the outgrowth of Clostridium Botulinum.

According to scientific research when meat including beef, mutton, fish and especially poultry is cooked using high temperature method such as pan frying or grilling directly over an open flame carcinogenic heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) chemicals are formed. HCAs and PAHs have been found to be mutagenic that is they cause changes in DNA that may increase the risk of cancer.

Eagle Preservative Salt (Curing Salt)

Eagle curing salt hypertonic nature helps the product to preserve it from the pathogenic organisms.
